Daily Mindful Moment [Online Event]
Join Kendra Lewis & Rick Alleva, members of the Youth & Family Resiliency team, every Monday-Thursday for the remaining weeks in April at 12pm for a “Daily Mindful Moment”. We will do some yoga, set intentions, learn about kindness, practice breathing exercises, and have a few moments of peace during this stressful time.
- Mondays: Guided Meditation - a few minutes of guided meditation followed by setting intentions for the week to come
- Tuesdays: Mindful Moment with Rick - mindfulness exercises
- Wednesdays: GEM Yoga Broadcast - simple yoga exercises
- Thursdays: Mindful Me: Kindness Thursday with Kendra - thinking about how to be kind to ourselves and others
How to join: Join the NH 4-H Community Group on Facebook for Facebook Live sessions Monday-Thursday at 12pm.
