Farm Food Safety Planning Made Simple

These three live, on-line sessions (Feb. 2, 9 & 16) are geared towards farmers, seasoned and new, who would like to know more about how to create a useful, working food safety plan for their farm.

We will cover essential parts of the Farm Food Safety plan; identify produce safety risks specific to your farm; learn to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); best practices for cleaning and sanitizing; training staff on hygiene and health; and, a roundtable on recalls - from farm to store management.
