Food Safety for Rabbit and Poultry Producers - Online
New Hampshire producers can sell poultry and rabbits (up to 20,000 poultry and 1,000 rabbits per calendar year) directly to NH restaurants without USDA inspection. This program fulfills the education requirement specified in the rules to sell direct to restaurants without USDA inspection and will help producers develop a working plan for providing safe meat products for this market. This program would also be appropriate for those looking to learn more about best practices when processing their own poultry or rabbits, even if you do not plan to sell to restaurants.
We will meet virtually for three consecutive days. Register online by May 14, 2021:
