Safety Awareness in the Food Environment (S.A.F.E.)
(Friday 07/06/2012 - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

S.A.F.E. reviews critical food safety and sanitation concepts and food handling tips.  It is useful for new employees or as a refresher workshop for more experienced staff.


The 2 hour workshop uses practical, hands-on discussion, demonstrations, and case studies to help participants apply food safety tips to the worksite. S.A.F.E. participants receive fact sheets and a certificate of completion. To schedule a S.A.F.E. program at your facility, contact Deb Maes at  603-787-6944.
