Guest speakers include Lucien Blais, Bisson’s Sugar House, who will discuss experience and evolution of sugar making during his 46 years as a sugar producer. Jen Scarinza, White Mountains Regional High School and Scarinza's Sugarhouse, will cover different grades of syrup, highlighting the recent changes to the grading system. Her presentation will include a tasting. Steven Roberge, UNH Cooperative Extension, will speak on the future of the industry in regards to changing climate and other New Hampshire trends.

The Cooking with Maple demo will be courtesy of Travis Giles from the WMCC Culinary Arts program.

Thanks in part to a grant from the New Hampshire Humanities Collaborative, this event is free and open to the public.
