Nature Hike in Benson Park
Do you find yourself wondering how old the trees are as you walk through the park? Are you the one always flipping over fallen logs to see what critters might live underneath? Are you curious about all the amazing plants and animals that share our parks and backyards? Join UNH Cooperative Extension's Hillsborough County Forester Ethan Belair and the Benson Park Committee to learn more about the wildlife, trees and flowers found in Benson Park.
This beautiful natural area is a treasure trove of biodiversity in Hudson. The hike will last approximately two hours and will cover uneven terrain. Hikers should bring water, a snack, sturdy shoes, and plenty of curiosity. Questions are welcomed!
Meet at the A-frame in Benson Park at 9 AM to start the hike. To see a map of Benson Park, go to https://www.hudsonnh.gov/bensonpark/page/benson-park-trail-map.
