QuickBooks for Women Farmers
Fridays-November 1, 8, and 15
This workshop series will teach participants how to establish a recordkeeping system in QuickBooks. This class will be small, interactive, and centered on the issues women farmers face in establishing and maintaining records to make decisions that will minimize financial and production risks. Topics covered include how to set up a new company, record common farm business transaction, and how to utilize QuickBooks to make business management decisions. Record-keeping and basic accounting principles will be taught throughout the course. Participants must have a computer with QuickBooks desktop version installed. Please note that this course will not cover the QuickBooks online version.
