About This Workshop: There are several legal considerations associated with land management, product transportation, property access, and rights of way.   Whether you are actively managing your own woodlot and concerned about road access, or have questions about legal rights of way; this class will provide a beneficial overview for most any access concern for private landowners.

Topics Include: Town road classifications, property access issues, property easements (conservation, transmission lines, etc.), and road restrictions.
