Tue, 10/16/2018 to Tue, 11/13/2018

5:00pm - 7:00pm

Paul School
60 Taylor Way
Sanbornville, NH 03872

Families who participate in the slow cooker program recieve a free slow cooker and prepare take-home ingredients for a new recipe each week. This 5-week lesson series is for Wakefield families interested in learning how to cook healthy slow cooker meals with their kids.  After dinner and recipe prep is finished parents will learn more about making healthy choices for their familiy while kids five and older learn more about what 4-H has to offer.  A "Taste of 4-H" introduces families to the variety of club ideas with the hope that more families and leaders will be excited to start or join 4-H clubs in their area.

Cost

Free for all. Wakefield Familes who recieve SNAP, WIC, Medicaid or other public assistance will be given priority but others can still call to register
