Starting Up Your Strategic Plan: Tools for Conducting the Process

Many groups are finding themselves at a crossroads. The process of deciding which direction to go, how to adapt to the changing conditions, or determining the steps to achieve a vision can be overwhelming. Strategic Planning can help a volunteer group, nonprofit organization or business identify what their goals are and how to achieve them. This free webinar gives an introductory overview of the strategic planning process, along with some tips and best practices. Participants are encouraged to bring along their questions, comments and ideas as they are guided through a simulated scenario.
