What’s it worth to you? Valuing water quality for community decision making

Mon, 06/01/2020
7:00pm - 8:00pm

In this online, interactive discussion, Dr. Shannon Rogers, State Specialist of Nature Economy at UNH Cooperative Extension, will share insights on understanding how people value water quality and how those values can be used in community decision making.  She will discuss some of her research that looks at measuring water quality benefits including work in the Great Bay Region on nitrogen, with the Maine & NH surfing population and other freshwater recreation (swimming, boating, fishing). There will be plenty of time for Q&A. Also, please check out this resource, developed by Dr. Rogers ahead of time!
