About This Workshop: Estate planning and land protection can be a part of a landowner’s woodland stewardship. This session will use the publication Your Land Your Legacy: Planning for Every New Hampshire Landowner and cover the relationship between your forest management plan and conservation options available to carry your legacy into the future. 

Course content will include common conservation options available to forest landowners to include in their family estate planning, legal implications of these options, legal processes associated with the purchase of property development rights and tax incentives for landowners considering conserving their land for future generations.
