Kim Bylancik joined UNH Cooperative Extension in November 2021 as the Cheshire County 4-H Program Manager.  Kim found her home in Cheshire County, New Hampshire when attending Antioch New England Graduate School for her master’s in Environmental Education. Throughout her career she has focused on placed-based, student centered educational and leadership experiences for youth, and has wide-ranging experience in school and community partnership building. 

Prior to joining UNH, Kim worked at City Year New Hampshire, training and mentoring AmeriCorps members in Manchester elementary and middle schools. In addition, she has spent many years as an educator of K-12 youth in the afterschool, outdoor, and backcountry settings. Kim will take her experience to support and grow 4-H in Cheshire County, and to continue to learn and grow with our youth and volunteers.
