[ Your Town Name Here] —  Wondering what’s up with bats in New Hampshire? There’s a new disease that is affecting many of our bats, and scientists are hard at work across the Eastern U.S., hoping to understand the disease and help our bats.

On [day of the week, month & day], a volunteer from the Speaking for Wildlife Program will present “Bats of New Hampshire and White Nose Syndrome," from [start time to end time] at the [xxxxx building and/or town].

This talk will give an overview of the different kinds of bats found in our state, where to look for them, and how landowners and homeowners can help conserve these fascinating mammals. It will also describe the impact of white-nose syndrome on New Hampshire’s bats and what scientists are learning about this threat.

This program is free and open to the public. [OPTIONAL:  but registration is requested.]

For more information and to register, contact  your name or organization here at (603) xxx-xxxx or email at xxx@xxxxx.]

The Speaking for Wildlife Project is a volunteer effort of UNH Cooperative Extension, the NH Coverts Project and NH Fish & Game, with support from the NH Charitable Foundation and the Davis Environmental Foundation.
