What is ServSafe® Food Safety Education [Host a Class]

ServSafe® food safety education is a one or two-day, advanced training in the latest food safety research and best practices in the food industry for food managers, chefs and other food service workers. ServSafe® is a national certification program of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) - Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

At the completion of the class, participants take the nationally recognized ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. With a passing grade of 75% or greater, participants receive a certificate verifying successful completion of the program from ServSafe® National Restaurant Association.
