Rick Alleva, Ed.D. serves on the Youth & Family Team in the Youth & Family Resiliency Area of Expertise, assisting with positive youth development and family support efforts. He helps identify and address youth needs, targeting outreach to those with limited resources and facing significant personal and social challenges. Rick supports a variety of efforts through demonstration programming, training, technical assistance, coalition building and other partnerships.
