Shyloh has been managing our Soil Testing Program since 2018. This program provides soil analysis and fertilizer recommendations to farmers, homeowners, and researchers throughout New Hampshire and beyond. He also provides support for Extension’s Insect Identification Service and Plant Diagnostic Lab. When Shyloh is not busy processing soil samples, he spends most of his time hiking, gardening, and honing in on his skills as a pollinator entomologist.
Shyloh received his Bachelor’s degree from Marlboro College and is currently working on his Master’s in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability with UNH’s Agroecology Lab. His thesis will focus on native bee conservation.
