Reaching out to Communities and their Families

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Services. SNAP-Ed’s mission is to help SNAP participants make healthy food choices and choose active lifestyles within a limited budget.  SNAP-ED provides nutrition education programs and resources to over 4,400 SNAP eligible adults and youth in all ten counties.
