Tick Identification and Testing for Tick-borne Illnesses in New Hampshire

  1. Place tick (dead or alive) in a sealed plastic bag
  2. Order TickReportTM online*
  3. Write order number on bag
  4. Send to TickReportTM - Laboratory of Medical Zoology, 101 Fernald Hall, University of Massachusetts, 270 Stockbridge Rd, Amherst, MA 01003
  5. Receive email results in 3 business days
