4-H Thriving: Belonging it Matters

4-H Volunteers join us for the second part of our series on the 4-H Thriving Model: Belonging it Matters. 

In this training, we will discuss the importance of creating a club, event, or program where everyone feels they belong.  As a key component of program quality, we will explore those concepts that help create a sense of belonging.  Participants in this training will gain skills and develop plans on how they can create or improve their 4-H program.  

This is the second in a three-part series for 4-H Volunteers on the 4-H Thriving Model. Each training will be a hybrid model with both in-person and online attendance available. These trainings will explore the concepts of the 4-H Thriving Model and provide you with practical skills you can bring to your 4-H Volunteer work.
