Beyond Ready
This 4-H pathway promotes workforce readiness by engaging youth in hands-on learning experiences that develop critical life skills and career competencies. Through various projects and activities, youth gain practical knowledge in areas such as STEM, agriculture, and leadership. Additionally, 4-H provides mentorship and opportunities for youth to connect with industry professionals, preparing them for future careers.
Grit to Grow Collaborative
This is a community of practice that engages leaders of industry, civics, and education dedicated to improving resources and access for young people to prepare for what's next.
