4-H Cooking Class with Chef McCarter

Join Chef McCarter and Company in the Concord Regional Technical Centers Commercial Kitchen and learn how to stuff, fill or wrap many delicious foods and desserts. We will start all together to do some basic prep, and then travel around in supervised stations to make our own items. We’ll end with a basic wipe down of our areas and then sit in “gratitude Cafe” to eat together.

This is a great opportunity for youth to get in the kitchen with an expert before showing their skills off at Merrimack County 4-H Food Show.

• Open to 4-H youth ages 6-18. 
• There is space for 20 youth to attend this event.
• Cost: $8.00 per student - please bring money with you on the day of the event. A fee is charged for this Extension program to cover costs.
