INSTRUCTIONS for entering EZFair Exhibits
4-H'ers to get together for special 4-H-only events on Friday night.
Saturday at 4-H Summerfest is the first opportunity for 4-H Members to show animals during this one-day public event on July 18. Animal shows include dairy, beef, sheep, goats, dogs, rabbits and working steer. Strafford and Rockingham County 4-H youth are invited to display their projects in the exhibit hall.
Entry Registration for animal shows and 4-H building exhibits will open June 1st. New this year we will be using EZFair for our entry platform. EZFair directly connects to ZSuite to import 4-H member and animal information.
Exhibit set-up and entry drop-off for the 4-H Exhibit Hall will be Saturday July 11th, 9am-12noon or Monday July 13th, 1pm-7pm. Entries that are perishable (King Arthur Baking Contest, potted plants, garden vegetables and foods) should be dropped off on Friday July 17th between 10am-4pm.

Youth division 2026 Recipe: Classic Birthday (Submit six cupcakes on a paper plate in a zip-lock food storage bag). Decorate your cupcake with the frosting of your choice. Prizes provided by the King Arthur Flour Company. Non-placing entries will receive a ribbon and $4 premium
Contest Rules: • Pre-entry is required through the online form. Food items can be dropped off at Stratham Hill Park on Thursday 7/16 3:00 pm – 6:00pm or Friday 7/17 12:00pm – 4:00pm. • Entry must include recipe (clean and legible), and the opened or empty bag of King Arthur Flour or the UPC label from the flour bag. • Any modifications as allowed by the recipe (ie optional ingredients/substitutions) should be written on a card included with the entry. • All entries must be submitted on a paper plate or decorative plate securely wrapped in plastic or zip-lock bag. • Judging will be based on the following criteria: Flavor = 50 points Overall Appearance (product and presentation) = 25 points Texture = 25 points TOTAL = 100 Points • Failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification.
Stratham Summerfest will be holding special events on Thursday July 16th
4:00pm Food Trucks and Live Music, 6:00pm Stratham Police v Fire Softball Game, 8:00 pm Captain Bell's Company, 2nd NH Regiment, 8:30pm Fireworks (Rain Date is Saturday, July 18)
Events throughout the day on Saturday July 18th include Magic Shows, Live Music, Helicopter Exhibits (Weather Permitting ), DUNKIN’ Donut Frosting for kids (morning only), Antique Tractors, Stratham Fire Department Junior Firefighter Agility Course, Stratham 76r’s Pie-Eating Contest, Search & Rescue Dogs, Boy Scouts, Touch-a-Truck and The 4-H Shooting Sports Archery Trailer.
Food vendors include breakfast & lunch food service, lemonade and popcorn stand, and Ice Cream from Hodgie’s Too
