Discover Your Future at the Grit to Grow Summit
The Grit to Grow Collaborative invites New Hampshire’s emerging leaders to an immersive, unique event designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and highlight pathways to meaningful careers. This experience empowers teens to explore their interests, identify their strengths, and connect those skills to high-demand industries across the Granite State.

Participants will dive into interactive workshops created by NH 4-H in partnership with business, education, and civic leaders. From career exploration to sessions on apprenticeships, training programs, and college opportunities, attendees will gain insight into what it takes to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving workforce.

Families are invited to join the journey, gaining tools and strategies to support their young person’s future while learning directly from employers, educators, and workforce experts.
