The Lancaster Fair hosts many 4-H events and activities coordinated by Coös County, NH & Essex County, VT Extension 4-H offices.
August 10 - Register online before August 10 -
August 10 is the deadline to register for 4-H Events at the Lancaster Fair. NO late entries will be accepted!
2026 -DRAFT- 4-H Premium List for Lancaster Fair - There have been many changes. Take time to review the 4-H Premium List and submit your entries online. 2026 Fair online entries will use Blue Ribbon (registration link will be added when available)

Important Forms to be submitted
- Fashion Revue - Submit the appropriate form along with your script/narrative. (Clothing Construction Form, Fashion Selection Form, Other Textiles) (Suggestions on how to write your script)
- 4-H Member - 4-H Livestock Exhibitor & Parent/Guardian Form - Required to exhibit animals
- 4-H Member - Intent to Show Forms & Information - Required to exhibit animals | Print your animal list from ZSuite
- 4-H Member - Helmet Release for Equestrians - Horse Exhibitors
- Livestock Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Health Form - Required to exhibit animals (Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Swine, Goat, Working Steer, Dog)
- Equine Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Health Form - Required to exhibit horse
- Rabbit Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Health Form - Required to exhibit rabbits/cavies
- Poultry Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Heath Form - Required to exhibit poultry (Live birds allowed on the fairgrounds 2026 - TBD, we will update when more information is available)
**All required supporting forms must be submitted to the Coös County 4-H office by BEFORE the fair starts.
