The Lancaster Fair hosts many 4-H events and activities coordinated by Coös County, NH & Essex County, VT Extension 4-H offices.
August 10 - Register online before August 10!
August 10 is the deadline to register for 4-H Events at the Lancaster Fair. NO late entries will be accepted!
*NOTE: please create ONLY one (1) account per 4-H Member. If you are in multiple clubs, add which clubs you are members of on the profile page. On entry pages you will be able to choose which club to associate each item with.
2026 - 4-H Premium List for Lancaster Fair. There are changes! You will want to take time to review the 4-H Premium List and submit your entries online. 2026 Fair online entries will use Blue Ribbon Online

Fashion Revue - FORMS to be submitted
- Fashion Revue - Submit the appropriate form along with your script/narrative. (Clothing Construction Form, Fashion Selection Form, Other Textiles) (Suggestions on how to write your script)
Livestock Exhibitors - FORMS to be submitted
- 4-H Member - 4-H Livestock Exhibitor & Parent/Guardian Form - (permission, code of conduct) Required to exhibit animals.
- 4-H Member - Intent to Show Forms & Information - Print your animal list from ZSuite. Required to exhibit animals.
- 4-H Member - Helmet Release for Equestrians - Horse Exhibitors. Required to show.
Animal Self-Certification Forms
- Livestock Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Health Form - Required to exhibit animals (Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Swine, Goat, Working Steer, Dog)
- Equine Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Health Form - Required to exhibit horse
- Rabbit Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Health Form - Required to exhibit rabbits/cavies
- Poultry Exhibitor Self-Certification of Animal Heath Form - Required to exhibit poultry (Live birds will be allowed on the fairgrounds in 2026)

**All required supporting forms must be submitted to the Coös County 4-H office by August 10, if you need something mailed to you, let us know as soon as possible.
Submitting forms - forms can be uploaded in Blue Ribbon with your entries. OR you can Email the forms to ce.coos@unh.edu OR Drop Off or Mail - to the UNH Cooperative Extension, Coös County 4-H, 629A Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584
All forms must be available upon request.
