STEM Ambassadors is open to any New Hampshire teen ages 14-18 (4-H age) that has completed 8th grade. The NH 4-H STEM Ambassadors utilize a mentor teaching model to create accessible and interactive programming that exposes youth participants to STEM topics and leadership roles. Through field trips, workshops, discussion groups, peer-peer teaching and mentorship, 4-H STEM Ambassadors will find the joy in becoming an expert in the STEM fields that they can share with younger audiences and peers alike. A variety of experiences will be provided, as well as opportunities for Ambassadors to take on leadership roles.
