Merrimack County 4-H Leaders Association Winter Meeting

Meeting Information:

Join the Merrimack County 4-H Leaders Association for their January gathering. This meeting will feature a soup and bread potluck, all Merrimack County 4-H Volunteers are welcome to attend this meeting.

This meeting is a "chowder - chili - soup potluck" please bring one of the above to share or bring some bread or dessert. MCLA will provide bowls and utensils, but leaders should bring their own drinks and ladles/serving utensils.

We strive to have at least one representative from each club present, so important information can be relayed back to the club. This is the main place for all leaders of clubs to gather information that impacts clubs and the county program. At least one leader from each club needs to be designated to attend.  If we are to keep our program strong all clubs need to be represented to be in the know of what is going on. We look forward to seeing you there!

• In the event of a snow storm the meeting will be moved online. Please RSVP so you can receive the link via email to join us online if the event is snowed out.
• If you are registering more than one person, please fill the RSVP form out for EACH person. Do not include multiple people on one form.

Location: This year we will be meeting at the Merrimack County Nursing Home (yellow building) in the Theatre Room. Please enter through the main doors of the building and the theatre room is to the left behind the front desk.
