Are you looking for an opportunity to share your artwork with the community? If so, the 2025 Strafford County 4-H Traveling Art Show is an event you don’t want to miss!
Youth ages 5- 18 from Strafford County are invited to participate in this fun, free, artistic event. We are collecting your artwork at our 4-H office in Dover and will transport it to exhibit locations across Strafford County.
4-H Staff will be responsible for setting up and taking down the 4-Her’s art at each location.
4-Her’s are invited to visit the art exhibits at the locations offering a public viewing. Dates and times will be listed for public viewings once registration has closed.
We are excited for the following categories for submissions:
- Drawings – Pencil, Ink, Pastel, Charcoal
- Paintings – Oil, Acrylic, Water Colors
- Photography*, and
- Other Media/ Mixed Media (2-D)
- Size limit/maximum: 24" x 30"
- Drop-off location: UNH Extension Strafford County Office, 273 Locust Street, Suite A, Dover, NH 03820 - During the week of March 17 - March 21, 2025.
Your submissions will be entered and start in the traveling art show collection on March 29 at the 4-H Presents with Rockingham and Strafford Counties event in Durham at Cole & Barton Hall.
From there, the exhibit will travel through Durham, Dover, Rochester, and Farmington to showcase art throughout the county! The final art showcase will be held at the Stratham Summerfest on July 19th in the Lynn Garland 4-H Exhibit Hall where premiums and ribbons will be awarded.
Registrations are accepted February 17 through March, 21. Two submissions per 4-H member! Prizes will be awarded for each category.
Sign up for the 4-H Strafford County Travelling Art Show through ZSuite (https://4h.zsuite.org) and then arrange for a drop-off time for your masterpiece at the Strafford County Office, Suite A, 273 Locust Street, Dover, NH 03820, during the week of: March 17 - 21.
