When: Wednesdays, June 10, 17, 24, July 1 & 8 | 6:00pm - 7:30pm
For: youth 4-H age 8+ (must be 8 on or before January 1, 2026)
Cost: $5 per student (includes ammunition) due at first class on June 10
**Parents wanting to be present on the range must pay $5 insurance fee**
Required: You must fill out, sign, and upload the WSC One Day Jr. Membership form (see attached file) before your registration will be approved.
Youth aged 8 and up will learn the fundamentals of safe rifle handling and basic shooting skills. Participants learn essential concepts such as proper stance, eye dominance, firearm safety rules, and target tracking while gaining hands-on practice in a controlled environment. The program emphasizes safety, confidence-building, and skill exploration, helping youth develop responsible habits and interest in shooting sports. This program is limited to 10 youth. In order to secure your spot, you must fully register and complete all required paperwork.
