"Making Pickles" The Cucumber to Pickle Project Workshop at the Hillsborough County Complex in Goffstown, NH

Learn how to take your cucumbers and turn them into pickles, turning a delicious vegetable (technically a fruit!) into a tasty snack! If you joined the challenge from the start and have been growing cucumbers all summer then now is the time to harvest them and bring them to the 2nd of two workshops at the Hillsborough County Complex at 329 Mast Road in Goffstown, NH. All supplies will be provided, even if you did not go to one of the previous workshops in June. Bring a friend, neighbor, or family member - all will be welcome. 4-H will share information and recipes.
