Two important documents will guide you through the process of evaluating, updating and implementing your schools local wellness policy: The School Wellness Policy Checklist and the Triennial Assessment Tracking Form.
The Triennial Assessment Tracking Form documents that you are compliant with the wellness policy requirements by showing progress in the attainment of your goals. This can be used for administrative reviews that occur every three years.
