Global Gourmet & Cooking Matters for Families

Coös County 4-H and Nutrition Connections will be doing a program with Global Gourmet and Cooking Matters for Families being held at the Startford Public School for students and their families on Thursday evenings, starting November 7. (see dates above)

Our Culinary Expert, Ino Garcia will be assisting with the meal preparation, and families will join to cook and share a meal together.

Students will explore customs, history and create foods from cultures around the world.

Adults will learn:

• how to prepare healthy, low-cost meals
• hands on meal preparation
• practical nutrition tips
• food budgeting skills
• culinary basics and much more!
• FREE weekly groceries so you can practice the recipes.
• FREE weekly kitchen gift!
• NOTE - you must attend all sessions
