You’ll explore a conservation easement and learn how the best practices for monitoring actually work in the field. Perfect for conservation commissioners or land trust volunteers.

Volunteers will be asked to review property materials (survey, easement deed) ahead of time and come prepared to spend the afternoon outside. Details about the meeting location will be provided after registration.

Registration is only open to people who attend or watch the recording of the the Conservation Easement Monitoring Webinar on Wednesday, June 4 | 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

This workshop will be outside with no facilities. The outside time will include time in the woods, off trail, and on uneven terrain.

What to Bring: Your water and if you have a compass of your own, please bring it, but we will have compasses available for those who need one. Please come prepared to be outdoors walking off-trail through variable terrain.
