Local Housing Starts with Listening

-
Online Only

What is the best way to talk about housing needs with our communities? When do we propose residential zoning amendments to be ready for town meeting? How do we respond to concerns about maintaining our rural character? What is the best way to discuss housing density? If you have ever found yourself asking any of these questions you are not alone. While there are no easy answers, we can learn a lot by listening to one another.

This webinar explores housing opportunities from the perspective of community engagement and development strategies that bring people together in lasting and impactful conversations.  We will explore how to respond to the complex questions about character, place, and home that frame so many discussions about housing so we can both meet our housing needs and grow community commitment to the process.
