Scott is a Community and Economic Development Field Specialist for Hillsborough County. Born and raised in Nashua, NH, Scott has been a non-profit practitioner and administrator for over 30 years serving Southern NH. Most recently as the Executive Director of Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity, Scott has dedicated his career to serving low and moderate income families through affordable housing and capacity building initiatives.

Scott has held numerous non-profit positions during his career including Residential Director at Harbor Homes Inc., Executive Director of Derry NH Housing and Redevelopment Authority, Housing Coordinator at Seacoast Mental Health Center and Housing Coordinator at the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter.

Scott has spent most of his career serving homeless veterans, persons suffering from long term mental illness and providing other program opportunities for those with housing instability. Starting as a direct service staff person, Scott quickly rose to an administrative position providing community-based services to numerous communities in Southern New Hampshire.

Scott holds a Master of Science Degree in Community Economic Development from Southern NH University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Plymouth State College. Scott makes his home in Hudson, NH and is married to Elizabeth and has two sons, Stefan and Samuel. His interests include attending live music and theater productions, traveling, reading, swimming and biking.
