Topics will include management of a mature tall spindle orchard with many varieties, establishment of a new tall spindle orchard, equipment investments including a working/harvesting platform and hedger for tall spindle canopy management, upright fruiting offshoot (UFO) trained trees, and barn renovation/cold storage expansion. UPDATE - Three additional topics have been added and include using a "nibble approach" to chemical thinning with multiple PGR applications, pruning young and mature tall spindle apple trees, and tips and tricks for using ReTain for harvest management and stop drop.

• Stone Mountain Farm will host our Harvest Celebration Dinner for 2026. Please plan to stick around for this and bring your crews to celebrate with us. 

• The educational program will run from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., followed by a meal to celebrate the season, along with an awards and recognition ceremony to recognize some very deserving individuals. This portion of the evening will run from 7:00 until approximately 8:00 p.m.
