Mary Saucier Choate joined UNH Extension as a Food Safety Field Specialist in 2017. She develops trainings and resources for New Hampshire growers, homestead producers, and small food businesses, helping strengthen New Hampshire’s local food system by making food safety understandable and actionable for the people she serves.
Mary is also a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with 20 years of service in the retail food industry. She earned a BA in Communication from UNH and an MS in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State College.
