Attention NH food service operators: The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Public Health Services, Food Protection Section has revised He-P 2300, the NH Rules for the Sanitary Production and Distribution of Food, to now incorporate the US Food and Drug Administration 2017 Food Code by reference.
One of several updates requires the Person in Charge to be a Certified Food Protection Manager. This means the person has passed a test such as ServSafe manager.
