Ingredients
- 1 6-inch flour or whole wheat wrap
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- Optional fillings:
- 1/2 small banana, sliced
- 1/2 small apple, diced
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. shredded carrot, about 1 baby carrot
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Spread peanut butter over wrap, right up to the edges.
- Chop and add fruit.
- Roll the wrap and cut in half.
- For a hot snack, microwave the wrap for 30 seconds.
