Peanut Butter Wrap

Kids can make this filling recipe themselves. Use a spoon to slice the banana and spread the peanut butter.

Ingredients


  • 1 6-inch flour or whole wheat wrap
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • Optional fillings:
  • 1/2 small banana, sliced
  • 1/2 small apple, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded carrot, about 1 baby carrot

Directions

    1. Wash hands with soap and water.
    2. Spread peanut butter over wrap, right up to the edges.
    3. Chop and add fruit.
    4. Roll the wrap and cut in half.
    5. For a hot snack, microwave the wrap for 30 seconds.
