First Impressions is an assessment program that examines a downtown through the eyes of potential residents, visitors and businesses, helping communities learn about their downtown’s assets and opportunities for improvement, and empowering leaders and volunteers to take steps to improve their downtown. This report details a First Impressions assessment of Rochester, New Hampshire in 2016.
