In the state of New Hampshire, food processors, food service operators, and retailers follow the administrative procedures, rules, and standards outlined in He-P 2300. Pertinent information include, but is not limited to, application and licensing procedures, HACCP plan requirements, inspections and compliance, and food processing plant standards.
