Last week (June 23), the first NH spotted wing drosophila (SWD) captures were made in Concord – just a single male in each of two traps. Blueberry and raspberry growers should have traps out as berries are starting to ripen, and those with very late strawberry varieties (e.g. Malwina) should also consider monitoring.
