- Ideas for quick, healthy family meals.
- Cooking demonstrations. Participation welcome!
- Tips for making the most of your food resources-time, money, skills, equipment.
- Time to swap ideas and tips of your own.
- Weekly incentive gifts. Door prizes for participants who complete 4 sessions!
- Kids welcome with parental supervision. Quiet table activities will be available.
