Join UNH Sullivan County Extension Forester, Dode Gladders, for this hands-on workshop. We will focus on using leaves and bark to identify some common forest trees, and we'll go over some of our favorite books and smartphone apps as well. Meet in the parking lot of Maple Avenue, 0.9 mile west of Route 11. Be prepared for an easy two-hour walk and bring your bug spray and any drinks and snacks that you may want.
The event is free and open to the public; however, registration is required. In the event of inclement weather, we will hold this event on Sunday, June 14 at 10:00 a.m.

Sponsored by the Claremont Conservation Commission and UNH Cooperative Extension.
