4-H Ag Ambassadors

  • 4-H Ag Ambassadors

Ag Ambassadors are 4-H youth ages 14-18 who have a strong, self- identified passion for agriculture and animal science. As an Ambassador, youth will get to meet with local industry experts, explore career and higher education opportunities within agriculture, and participate in peer-to-peer teaching opportunities within NH 4-H.

NH 4-H Ag Ambassadors help to carry out essential goals of the 4-H program such as career and academic development, leadership, and community engagement. In addition to advocating for agriculture, they help to share the message of the whole 4-H program with youth, families, and local decision makers.

NH 4-H Ag Ambassador Interest Form,  Letter of Reference, Essay or Video are due September 9 to hannah.majewski@unh.edu.

The 4-H Ag Ambassador Program runs from October - June.
