4-H Next Level Farm to Table Making Salsa Challenge

How about picking your own ingredients directly from the vine or ground and turning them into one of America's most popular snacks? 4-H Members will have the chance to learn how to make delicious fresh salsa while learning how much more nutritious making fresh salsa is compared to store bought. 4-Her's will get a chance to pick and utilize ingredients straight from the Cornucopia Project Farm in Peterborough, NH and will make a jar to take home while also making a jar to enter into this year's Hillsborough County Fair! This activity is Free and ingredients will be supplied! This event will take place on Friday August 30th at the Cornucopia Farm 49 Vose Farm Road in Peteborough, NH at 11:00am.
