The Rockingham County Horse Leaders Association (RCHLA) supports Rockingham County 4-H horse clubs and events. Members of RCHLA are 4-H horse project leaders, members, and volunteers. The RCHLA coordinates all horse programs and events for Rockingham County, and through their support, 4-H horse members can participate in many activities and events throughout the year. They meet the fourth Tuesday of each month via Zoom or in person at the County Office.

Horse Club Meet & Greets
Our "Meet & Greet" workshops are a great way for county horse club members to get to know each other and learn about one or two aspects of horsemanship from guest presenters. They are a great way to meet others and integrate program material into your club meetings!

County Circuit Horse Shows
These horse shows are an opportunity for 4-H members to demonstrate what they have been working on in their club and in the ring. Western, English, and non-riding classes are available to all ages and breeds of horse. The shows are typically held three times a year with an annual banquet held in the late fall. The shows are open to 4-H members and non-members alike - so invite your barn friends and family!
The 2022 RCHLA Circuit Shows will be held at the Tack Shack in Fremont, NH on the following dates:
Rockingham County Horse Show
This show is held annually in June and is open to both rider and non-rider 4-H members only. 4-H riders can qualify at this show to attend the NH 4-H State Horse Show.
