Join the STEM Ambassadors for an afternoon of 3D Printing! During this workshop, you will be learning how to create and print 3D designs, as well as learning about 3D printing in general, including how and why it is used. We will also be joined by special guest Ryan Watkins, who is a mechanical engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) out in sunny Pasadena, CA. Ryan uses 3D printing in his work for NASA, for example in the Mars Sample Return program, as well as built his own personal 3D printer for things around the house. He’ll be joining us virtually to tell us more about it. Bring any questions you have!
