Are you planning for the future of your land and interested in permanently protecting it? Join us for an introductory overview of land conservation options in New Hampshire. We will talk about the importance of thinking ahead, share details about the land conservation process, discuss the technical aspects of conservation easements and fee ownership, and highlight some interesting examples.

Instructors:

Leah Hart, Land Conservation Project Manager, SPNHF - Leah helps protect important natural features and landscapes across New Hampshire by managing land acquisition and conservation easement projects.

Emma Tutein, Community Conservation State Specialist, UNH Cooperative Extension - Emma works closely with conservation professionals, communities, and volunteers to support their work in protecting New Hampshire’s natural resources. She coordinates educational and professional development opportunities for land trust staff, conservation commissioners, landowners, and others with interests in land conservation and land stewardship.
